ESTATE OF FRANCISCO SANABRIA, Deceased — In this estate in which the decedent's distributees are a spouse and 14 children, the administrator previously sought relief against a daughter with respect to certain funds in a joint bank account in the names of the decedent and the daughter which were alleged to constitute the sole asset of the estate, and subsequently, the spouse filed a right of election. The administrator, the spouse and the respondent daughter now submit to the court a written stipulation resolving all such issues with respect to the account and request that the stipulation be "so ordered." Pursuant to the parties' request, the court has "so ordered" the stipulation.

Proceed accordingly.
