ROBERTA DOCHTER, res-ap, v. ERIC DOCHTER, APPELLANT-res — Appeals by Erich Dochter and cross appeals by Roberta Dochter from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 19, 2011, and a judgment of the same court entered June 18, 2012.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the decision (Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-07795) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v. J. A. Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509).
