SHARON WEISS res, v. METROPOLITAN SUBURBAN BUS AUTHORITY, ETC. ap — Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 31, 2012, for leave to renew their prior motion to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, which was determined by decision and of this Court dated October 23, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
