ANTHONY COLANTONIO, res, v. MERCY MEDICAL CENTER ap — Motion by the appellants to seal Volume II of the record on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 3, 2012, and May 7, 2012, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to obtaining a sealing order from the Supreme Court, Nassau County (see 22 NYCRR 216.1); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 11, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
