AVALON GARDENS REHABILITATION & HEALTH CARE CENTER, ap — Renewed motion by the respondents to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2011, to include certain documents, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is granted to the extent that the record is enlarged to include the documents attached to the papers in support of the respondent's motion as Exhibits B through G, and on or before January 25, 2013, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing those documents, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 25, 2013, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
