Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the appellantsrespondents to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 15, 2013, and the appellants-respondents' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
