(Attorney Registration No. 4734216 ) — Application by Michelle Rene Kaplan, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 7, 2009, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Michelle Rene Usitalo.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Michelle Rene Kaplan to Michelle Rene Usitalo, effective immediately.
