MATTER OF COUNTY OIL COMPANY, INC., ET AL., ap, v. NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION res — Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 23, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
