JULIE LEVINE, ap, v. ROBERT LEVINE, res — Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 24, 2012, and a judgment of the same court dated March 30, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged, and the reply brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
