ESTATE OF VERNELL SPENCER Deceased (58/A/10) — This pending proceeding to compel a fiduciary to account last appeared on the Court Calendar on November 28, 2012. On the call of this case no one from Leopold, Gross & Sommers, P.C., answered the call. Paul Gross, Esq., of Leopold Gross & Sommers, P.C., did appear and answer for the first case called on the calendar. Obviously, Mr. Gross did not know his firm had another case on the calendar and inadvertently left before it was called.

Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to January 9, 2013, at 9:30 a.m.

An appearance by an attorney from Leopold Gross & Sommers, P.C., is required at that time.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail a copy of this Decision to Leopold Gross & Sommers, P.C., by regular mail.

This Decision shall constitute the Order of this Court.
