ESTATE OF GLORIA HENDRICKS, Deceased — In this application by an alleged creditor for the issuance of letters of administration to the Public Administrator, there was no appearance in opposition by the alleged sole distribute. The Public Administrator consented on the record in open court to receive letters of administration, limited to accepting service of process in the petitioner's underlying proceeding and to administering any surplus funds that might arise from that proceeding. Accordingly, such limited letters of administration shall issue to the Public Administrator.

Settle decree.
