S.E.M. SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC., res, v. E.F. LORENCE & SONS, INC., d/b/a INTER COUNTY ALARM SYSTEMS ap — Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d) (2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 18, 2012.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, on the ground that the notice of appeal is void (see CPLR 1015; Arena v. Manganello, 31 AD2d 540); and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is denied as academic.
